We were impressed with the excellent service we received from Krohmer Plumbing. The phone receptionists in the office were friendly and helpful and our service technician, Dalen fixed our water heater in a short amount of time and was courteous and professional. Thanks for a job well done.

I needed a new water heater and called Krohmer plumbing for the job, they were out the very next day and installed it. Their installer was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. He did a great job of installing the water heater and also cleaned everything up. Took the old water heater with him and the job was done. They do great work.

Krohmer Plumbing is exactly what a business should be. Accommodating and professional. You give them a call, they come, no excuses, no whining, they get the job done. I wish every business in SD was half as good as these guys are. They should hold a seminar on how to accommodate customers, the front desk person is perfect, as well.
