  Had an excellent experience - definitely recommend. Dakota evaluated our constantly-running toilet and diagnosed the problem as the fill valve. Since I can buy one of those and install it myself, he didn't charge me for the visit. He also measured the water pressure into our house (which is higher than code calls for) and gave me good advice on how to reduce it to prevent problems with little parts like toilet fill valves. These guys know Los Altos very well.
