  We had a pipe burst from our second level bathroom that leaked into our kitchen which caused damage to our floors and cabinets, it was truly a disaster. We called KPM Restoration for help and they were at our house within 30 minutes. They immediately set drying equipment and containment. Rob, the lead tech explained exactly what they would be doing to help dry out our first floor. If it weren’t for KPM my whole kitchen would have been destroyed. I highly recommended their services!

  We had a pipe burst in our home early one morning. It caused quite the mess...damaging floors, drywall, and leaking down into the basement. I found KPM on Google, gave them a call and they arrived within an hour. They got to work right away, vacuuming up the water, setting up large fans and dehumidifiers. Within a couple of days all of the moisture was dried. We still had to replace a few items, but I was surprised at how much their crew was able to salvage. Overall a very professional restoration company that I'd recommend to anyone around the Rutland area.

  We had a fire at our house, we chose KPM Restoration because from the first phone call they were polite, professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations throughout the process and took pride in the fact that they were getting us back to normal. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
