  I received a quote of more than $11,000 to remove and replace a corner shower. I wound up purchasing the shower myself, having it delivered and having a plumber remove and install it for a total of less than $3,200.

  Me and my family have used Kordsmeier Remodeling for years for service when needed and most of the time they do a great job but their prices are too high. The work quality is average when contracted through one of their contacts and better when they themselves do the work. Being such a long local family business it would be nice to see lower rates offered to people in need who choose to call you first. Just sharing my opinion.

  I have been with Kordsmeiers" for over 40 years. They have done many repairs and new construction for me. They stand behind their work. They are very professional. When I had an issue with one of their subcontractors they resolved the problem immediately, to my satisfaction.
