  The first time I called them to come out the woman that answered the phone took my information, said she would send her guys out, and they never showed up. I put off calling a plumber for a few months. I called them again due to not being able to get ahold of anyone else local. A man came out and looked at our problem. He went into detail about what it would take to fix our leak. He informed us about all of the drilling they would have to do since we live on a slab. He even went into detail about the contractor that would bring in conctete and fix the floor when they were finished. The man acted like it wouldn't be an issue and said it would take 3 days to fix. Noone ever called us back. The receptionist called back only after I left her a voicemail. She informed me that it was too big of a job because we live on a slab and they would have to use a drill.
