  My renters called and said there was a backup and sewage was coming up through the drains. I called every plumber around and half didn't answer and the other half didn't service my area or didn't have anyone available for days. I finally called Kooline and they had a friendly rep on the phone right away, understood the urgency of the situation, and got a tech to my house within the hour! They could have charged me whatever they wanted given the situation but the bill was well below what I was anticipating and the service tech was awesome to deal with. I will not call another company for my plumbing needs, and I will recommend this company 10/10 times. -Andrew

  These guys are AWESOME! They were in and out in 8min! I couldn’t ask for better service! They came in masked, bright-eyed and bushy tailed ready to get the job done. They didn’t waste any time and determined the solution to the problem immediately and were able to answer questions with ease that eased my mind and let me know without a doubt that I was dealing with the best! Thank you so much for the professional, pleasant efficient service and I will definitely be recommending you and calling you back for all my plumbing services!

  I had an awesome experience! The person on the phone that helped me was Ashley and she was so helpful and nice! The plumber that came to our house was Michael. He was also very nice and did a GREAT job! I was very impressed with this company! I highly recommend them!
