  I have left a message every day for 8 business days for a call back to discuss a new build for rough in pluming. I have yet to hear back. I hate giving such a low rating, hopefully they call me back and I can change it. Edit - Wow these google reviews really work. I got a call back from them about 40 minutes after i wrote the above review. I have adjusted their rating up from 1 start to 4 stars. Would have been 5 if I had not had the run around in the first place. They are very helpful when you do get a response.

  Lots of options. They have a great bin system for sorting lots of unusual as well as usual parts. The staff has always been very helpful and has good ideas and suggestions when you are stuck on a project. Prices vary a lots, regular stuff for plumbing seems to be regular fair price. The light bulb selection always seems to be a lot more than elsewhere.

  Have had the opportunity to use koocanusa several times for various projects and reasons.... they come help when I call and have been really helpful when I have needed them!!
