  I was doing some work in an area where one of this companies techs was working when the owner showed up and just layed into the poor guy. The owner was very loud, very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I am honestly surprised that the owner didn't get punched in the face with the way he was talking to his own employee. The whole thing has been bugging me to the point where I am leaving this review. If the OWNER treats his own employees this way, how can you trust him to treat you right.

  I had multiple plumbing projects done in 1 day (install water heater, new kitchen sink, replace bathroom faucets etc.) I overlooked the over-billing by 1 hour and gave it to them as a tip but it's been less than a month and they've had to return 3 times to correct issues. (sediment filter housing pressed up against water heater and could not get off, sediment filter then started leaking, now plumbing under kitchen sink leaking). I understand mistakes happen and they've come out to fix the mistakes but Jami, the lady who answers their phone, does not portray an apologetic attitude because something went wrong with their workmanship but rather an annoyance of having to come back out. The first 2 corrections were handled same day but the last one (I hope 'last' one) was put out 2 days on the schedule. Not a big deal as the leak is slow but the attitude she portrayed was what really hit me. I'm not going to give them 1 star because the techs did work hard to get the work done but between the 3 repeat visits inside of 1 month plus her attitude - they only warrant 3 stars (a 'meh - they're so-so') from me but wouldn't recommend them to friends or call them again on any new plumbing issues.

  Excellent service, quality of work, and billed exactly what was estimated. They stayed communicated with me at all times and were on time. I was impressed not only with how quickly and professionally they got the work done, but also that the invoice came back to the penny what was quoted. No surprise charges or taxes.
