  Very disappointing experience working with this company. On my initial call I was promised a follow up call between 7-8 AM the following morning to notify me when a technician would be coming to my home. That call never came. Instead, I had to call twice at 9:30 and 12 to ask when someone would be coming. I was told I would get notification when a tech was on their way. That call also never came. I was told it was $75 to show up and $80 for labor. Finally after 2 PM someone shows up for 10 minutes then tells me he needs to go back to their office. At 3 o’clock he comes back and seems like he has no idea what’s he’s doing. Then two more people show up and are working until just after 7. I got no estimate of the work to be competed, no receipt or work order of the work that was done. Then when Columbia comes out to turn my gas back on, they found leaks in work that was completed and weren’t able to turn my hot water back on. After speaking with Knueve again and asking why I didn’t receive a work order or receipt I was told “oh don’t worry you’ll get a bill”. Was also promised a call the next day between 8 and 9 am letting me know when a tech would come back out to resolve my new issues. That call never came, instead an unannounced tech shows up at 7:30 am, cuts a wire and lights my hot water heater with a blowtorch, so now if I ever need to relight it, I will need to purchase a new one. Then weeks later a bill for $1200 shows up with my name completely wrong. I was charged well in excess of $80 per hour for 4 hours of work for “labor” alone, to install parts that totaled $40. When I called to speak with the office I was told they’ll try to get back to me this week but can’t make any promises. Absolutely terrible experience, would never work with this company again. 12/9 Update Still unresolved over a month later after being assured by Ed Knueve himself it would be. Everytime I call I’m told I’ll get a call back the same day. Have yet to have a single commitment from this company delivered upon

  Excellent service. Replaced sinks and faucets and installed garbage disposal. Fast and efficient.

  Called them about a sump pump issue a few days ago. The day they are supposed to show up they call me 30 mins before they are supposed to show up and tell me they aren't going to make it. Then, they offer no solution. Go somewhere else with your business, I would not recommend.
