  Very fast and professional service, they went out of their way to explain all the details to me as I was a first time home owner with a septic tank. They even tried to help clear drains in the house. Yard is back exactly like it was before they came, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for septic work.

  From start to finish the Knight Environment team was very professional. They were always available when I called and answered all of my questions. The install team was great! They fixed several issues from the previous installation without hesitation. Even with all of the "surprises" they found when doing the installation, the price I was quoted only went up $100. When you visit their main office, you will find a wonderful group of very friendly professionals always eager to assist. The customer service they provide is above and beyond what you will find at similar companies. It is refreshing to know that there are still businesses out there that truly put the customers best interest first. Thank you Knight Environment!

  Communication is key for me and Knight Environmental was constant in follow up calls during our emergency. I will be using them again! Great service techs as well, professional, they act like they wanted to help. A previous company we called acted like we were bothering them, but Knight Enviro. was happy to assist.
