  What a fantastic experience with this terrific company! I bought two mini-split units from Knepper. I loved the first unit so much, that I ended up buying a second unit. The installation was neat and professionally done. I'm very particular about workmanship and I have to say - these were some of the very best workmanship experiences I've ever had. Also, now I'm a huge fan of Daikin mini-splits. I'd not heard of the brand until Chris told me about them and now realize they are the world leader in mini-splits. These units are so quiet and efficient. I bought the Wi-Fi module and love how easy they are to control when I'm away from home. Great company and great products!

  I have been a customer of Knepper for nearly 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are always polite, helpful, and responsive. They listen to the problem, send a professional courteous technician, and fix the problem. They installed and have serviced my system for the last 18 years, and I cannot imagine using another company. They are the best!
