Clean out septic system Technicians were nice. Customer service is nonexistent. I've been billed for services not rendered and no one at customer service can answer why. They just send out bills repeatedly. The prior company was great.Wind river ruined a good company

I used them last in 2018. I had same issue then, the price was decent. Now they wanna charge me over 500 bucks, sight unseen. On top of that, if I needed same or next day service, which I dis...it was gonna cost me and additional 200 hundred bucks. Don't know when they changed their whole thing to wind river, but the customer service has failed. I will never use this company again.

They are completely un responsive. They lie about the cost, send invoices that are not as agreed upon. They are unreachable, no humans only voice mail which they do not answer. They do not respond to e-mail. I would drown in my sewage system before I would use them again.
