  Called about a water heater issue was told they don’t carry the parts. Told we can buy the parts and they would install. We bought the parts and called again about install they said they would show up that day. No call no show. Called two days later and they said the same thing. Someone will get to it that day. Again no call no show. Waited till after the new year holiday and called again. Was told we’ll put you at the top of the list. Once again….no call no show. Here we are with a house hold of not having hot water for 3 weeks now. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with anything absolute bu@&/@it!!!

  Klemensrud has always been there for me when I’ve needed them. The prices a very reasonable especially considering I lived 40+ miles from their office. The first place I contact in a plumbing emergency.

  We asked to have someone come out and give us a quote for a new HVAC system and it has been 3 weeks. We haven't heard a word from them. They can't be bothered even though we told them we have no heat or air.
