  I was referred by a family member and Klein Electric did not disappoint! I had an electrician out at my house the same day and they fixed my heat within 2 hours! Very professional, great customer service, very reasonable pricing, and I highly recommend them!

  Had to call twice a week for about 8 weeks to try and have them get the ground wire installed which was supposed to be done 3 months ago. Instead they sent a person here and they did one small step about 5 times in this 3 month span. Turned off our electricity and then up and left and we had to call 2 more times to figure out what was going on and they didn’t come back for over 4 hours meanwhile my whole family is left without electricity. Awful service wouldn’t recommend if you want anything close to convenient.

  I had an electrical issue in my home. I called Klein and they said they would try to squeeze me in the day of. I ended up calling other places and another company got to me day of first. Moments later, however, Klein got back to me and said they could fit me in. Unfortunately I had to turn them down since I got it taken care of. I talked to Dennis on the phone and he was very gracious and kind about it and did not charge me for backing out. I'm writing this review because I received great and friendly customer service even though I didn't need them to fix anything anymore! I recommend Klein Electric!
