  I called mid morning and a plumber was ready and available, but I had another appointment to tend to. The dispatcher accommodated my time preference and the plumber was there waiting for me on time. He was quick with the work and explained every step thoroughly. He explained what I can do to help prevent a back up again! I will definitely use Klaus & Sons again.

  I’ve used Klaus & Sons for many years. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I’ve always been very satisfied with all of their work, whether inside or outside of my home. It’s a joy to work with people that truly care about the kind of work they do and how they do it. So very glad they’ve been in business for such a long time. Very trustworthy.

  We called them around 10p with a backup, and immediately got a person (not a machine). Set up an appointment for the next morning and Tyler was early. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, quickly resolving the issue. I’ve used them in the past and always been very satisfied. I high recommend Klaus and Sons!
