Eldon, the owner, came out on a Saturday (in which KK Heating and Plumbing normally does not work) to fix our gas leaks for us as he knew it was unsafe and he cared enough to take time out of his weekend to fix it when no one else would. He was professional and very honest. He also recommended we get a new water heater (as our is 12+ years old and had sediments in it) and went through the trouble of contacting our home warranty company for us to push the recommendation through. We are very appreciative of Eldon and KK Heating and Plumbing and would recommend to others.

The service was awful, the "repair" person did not know what he was doing, was extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, blamed me for the problem with my water heater (even though I just moved here), when I tried to ask questions to understand the problem, Eldon yelled at me telling me that he is the professional. They told me they were coming at 3pm. at 4, I called to find out what was happening and if anyone was coming. the guy that answered said he would find out and return my call in 7.5 mins. Never heard from him. At 5:30 Eldon shows up. Yells at me for being frustrated about the poor communication. spends very little time diagnosing the problem, says its a valve that needs to be replaced and said its easy, he'll call when he has the part. 9:30 the next day he calls to say that my whole water heater needs to be replaced, that he'd call HSA warranty to get that arranged and call me to let me know when he'll be back. Since I have to be on conf calls all day, I asked for a text. He doesn't know how to text. 4:30 comes and i have not heard from them. I called and left a voice mail asking them to please update me. then I called HSA (and waited on hold 50 minutes) who said that they never contacted HSA to get auth for a new water heater. after spending another 30-40 mins talking to HSA, I got them to cancel the contract with these clowns and requested they send a new plumber. I have to pay another 100$ service fee, but I feel like the peace of mind having a competent plumber resolve the issue will be worth it. I begged HSA to cancel the contract with K&K. I dont know if they will, but there are more details to this long review that I didnt even add here. Please. Never use them.

Our water heater went out and K&K got the call to come out via my home warranty service. Not only did the repairman show up earlier than scheduled, but he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. In a nutshell, we were very pleased with the job K&K did for us. They were efficient, pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, we got our hot water back on!
