  Had a busted supply line. Kirby made time for us, same day. Explained everything in plain English and broke down each charge. Showed me what repairs needed to be made and then repaired product. Had to hire my own plumber because (surprise!) Home warranty folks didn't have anyone in my area. He took time to talk to them so I'd be reimbursed but always made it clear that he worked for us; not them and he would make certain needed repairs were done correctly (so they wouldn't try to force us to skimp). He has to come back out tomorrow and replace water heater because the water damaged the electrical components and insulation. We will absolutely call him again, anytime we need plumbing work done. Great guy! Anyone around Farmville need a plumber? This is the guy to call!
