  These guys did an awesome job for us! They were able to get a couple guys out to replace our toilet within a day’s notice. The plumbers that came were kind enough and did a solid job with the replacement. Also special shout out to the owner who not only warned us against going with a Koehler replacement but had an alternative that met the specific needs of our bathroom set up, is built way better, and was almost half the cost of the only Koehler replacement we would have had to use.

  After many comparisons, I decided to use Kipp Plumbing Inc. to fix the leaking problem of my 2 garden taps. I called the company in early morning. Ted came to my house at 1:00pm. He was very experienced and quickly found the problem. During the period, he said he had to leave to buy parts. I was a little worried about how long it would take, but he came back very quickly. Quickly fixed the problem and charged me a very reasonable price. Ted is patient and honest. I highly recommend this company.

  Called for non-emergency work to be done. Was told one price & then charged $100 more - for gaskets on a toilet. Plumber that came knocked his tools into my walls & stair rail - and leaned with dirty clothes all over my kitchen countertop b/c he couldn't stand up on his own - very unprofessional all the way around. Reply to owner's response: I spoke with you that day about the inappropriate way that your Plumber behaved while in my house - and about my dissatisfaction with his price quote - you said you'd call me back the next day. No shock that a call never came. Your plumber told me I had to write a check & that it would be $84 to replace the 2 flush valve seals (gaskets). When I came downstairs with the check he said - oh no - I meant $184. There was no conversation about a $160 service call. Additionally, your plumber said he didn't have the gasket on his truck & would have to go pick them up. I did not ask him to replace the one on the 2nd toilet as I was not having any issues with it. However he recommended doing it - so I said fine. When he returned he was shocked that they were $24 but he went to some place you don't normally do business. Your place of business is less than 5 min away from me - not sure why he didn't go there. Those gaskets sell @ Home Depot for $5 ea. Since all of this I have had to have a 2nd plumber out b/c the toilet failed. There wasn't a chance I'd call your business again.

  Laura, we're sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service. We fixed two toilets for you for $184 (including materials). Having taken your original call, I can confirm that you weren't quoted a price when setting up the appointment. Our minimum one-hour service call charge is $160, and any materials are extra, so to say that you were quoted $84 for two toilets (and then charged an extra $100) doesn't make sense. Perhaps you're confusing us with another company?
