Kinzer has saved the day for us more than once. After hour calls to fix our AC in the heat of summer and emergency water heater replacement. They are professional and friendly, We are customers for life.

Our furnace went out Thanksgiving evening, called the next day and Mr. Kinzer himself was the only one available on Friday...he was out to the house and had it diagnosed in no time. Ran to the shop, retrieved the part and the heat was blowing in less then 2 hours start to finish. Couldn't recommend anyone more then Kinzers.

Thank you for the great review. We work really hard to help our customers especially during the holidays.

This is not a company you want to rely on if you have any sort of urgent heating need. I called last Friday and was put on the schedule for Tuesday morning (i.e. today). Yesterday, I called to confirm the appointment time and was told by a gal named Sue, that the technician would be there the following morning, "unless he had people closer to his location that needed assistance." I live a whopping 42 miles away. Not only did the tech not show up for my appointment today, I was not even given the courtesy of a phone call to let me know that someone else's issue was more important to them than mine.
Response from the owner
Jaymi, We apologize for not being able to get to your repair call in a timely manner. Kinzer Air is a smaller heating & cooling shop. We have 3 technicians at this time. We can get so busy with in town customers that we struggle to get to our out of town customers. We do have an out of town job board where we attempt to group out of town customers together. We are able to save the customers on travel time and the technician is able to get to more than 1 customer. The thought being we could keep a tech in town and get to 3 customers or 1 out of town customer. If we didn't communicate that clearly, we are sorry for any confusion. We missed the mark on taking care of your heating issue and we are sorry.
