  About a week ago, had a toilet that was on constant run. Put in a service request, had a call 2 hours later for service same day. Plumber was at the house 4 hours later and repaired the toilet in less than 15 minutes. He cleared his mess, wouldn’t even have known he’d been there. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Today I had to call about a hot water heater leak and am already assigned a plumber for first thing tomorrow. This Company is EXCELLENT in responding to repair requests and getting your needs met in a timely manner.

  Kintex did not perform any services. We had a clog in our pipes and they were not able to fix it. They did not bring the right equipment to access the issue or fix it. We Paid $150 for nothing and the man was her less than 10 minutes. Their Customer Service was also not very friendly. We do not recommend this company.

  Your home warranty hired us to service your property. Any payments you made were made directly to your home warranty. They only cover stoppages with a ground level access cleanout. Going on the roof and snaking from the roof vent is not considered Ground level access. They dont cover that work and we do not offer those services.

  They knew that my tub was leaking into my kitchen when I called. I paid a ,,$65 service we call. When they looked at my tub they said there was nothing they could do because the pipes were not exposed... It doesn't make sense on so many levels. Why didn't they tell me that the pipes needed to be exposed to find the leak? And they refused to return my $65 service call.
