  This place is the worse. I've got pulled over twice in this town for the dumbest reason. First time when you drive into town from Del Rio, I was slowing down my speed to 45 before I even got close to the 45 speed limit sign. Got pulled over and they said I was going 55..... second time I got pulled over was the sheriff and said my plate light were out so I asked if I could get off and see. She said yes and then saw both my lights were working. Then she just laughed and said looks like they are both working and I need glasses to see. This town will just find any small reason to pull people over. They just want to keep people out of town I guess.

  My sibling received a speeding citation from Deputy Villareal late one evening right before Christmas. She claimed he was doing 73 in a 65. He denies this. On the paper work she purposely wrote 650 blurring the 6 for state speed limit on that highway. When my sibling went to pay the citation for 8 miles over the speed limit he was then notified fraudulently that his citation would be for the rate for 23 miles over. He asked why 23 miles over and the clerk said it was because the paperwork was showing he was clocked doing 73 in a 50. He had to pay a larger fee. This does not look good on the Kinney County Sheriff's Department. Why would this deputy purposely seek to ensure that a citizen was overcharged by falsifying citations? Is this something happening regularly by Kinney County Sheriffs? Citizens of Kinney County this is unacceptable behavior. I was appalled when my sibling showed me his citation paperwork...

  Very friendly wonderful people !!!🙂traveled here for work. Don’t park in the banks parking lot. Park by curb next to the office.
