I was not looking forward to looking for a plumber but the bathroom demanded it. A friend had just had them do work for her and she they were great. I wasn not convinced but desperate and willing to try them.

From the moment Andy arrived, I knew we were off to a good start. He listened to me, answered my questions, and was very respectful. With the toilet being as old as it was, it was causing the issues I was having. It was time for a new toilet. Andy could install it the next day, explaining they have a great equipment supplier. The price was doable, which in itself was a surprise to me.

Andy was back the next day with a fabulous new toilet fixture and had it installed in about an hour. He was great about answering my questions. I could see the quality of the materials--efficient and beautiful, much better than anything I had seen at the big box stores. I was impressed with the entire experience. And, the price was great--very affordable for the quality you receive.

I highly recommend King Plumbing. They will be my go-to experts for any plumbing needs I should have in the future. I will refer all of my friends to them. You will be blessed by their quality.
My experience was great! Allen and his son came out to do a pre-work pressure test before I will have structural repairs done on my home. He was referred by a piering company as thorough and trustworthy. Before I scheduled them I spoke to Carolyn and she explained the cost of the pressure test and what it entailed. That if they found a leak, identifying where the leak was would be additional cost based on which tools they used and that any repairs would also be a separate cost. They were very upfront about everything and gave me estimates to budget from. They scheduled to come the next day. When he arrived he was very easy to understand and took time to explain what he was doing and why. He was very personable. Luckily, we didn’t need additional tests and repairs. He emailed me a report the same day. I will be referring them to friends and family.

Hello, I am William Robert King. I do not take being called a liar lightly and i do not appreciate having my fathers name dragged through the mud because you are upset about your own situation. We are not liars, and we do not sustain our existence on deceiving others. My father has been a plumber for over thirty years, and has been in business the majority of my life. I am sorry you are having such difficulties with your house sale. Having worked with my father for so long I have seen this same struggle countless times. As much as it hurts you to not get your house sold for the price you need; it must be accepted that the buyer has a right to know what they are purchasing and the problems the house has. I must remind you that this test was hired and purchased done for a reason. Most often because of structural movement of the house and by recommendation of a structural engineer or peiring company; both by which my father comes highly recommended. These recommendations are why you do not see any advertisements for my fathers company. We operate largely on referral form trusted customers whom are pleased with us. If my father as preformed a test on your house and it failed, it has one or more leaks; it is as simple as that. It matters not if the house has been occupied or what rate of use; once we plug the drainage system downstream and it does not hold water; it is obviously going somewhere and that somewhere is under your house. Additionally we do not price ISOLATION testing at a flat rate, so where you are so boldly claiming we asked $3000.00 is a blatant lie or misunderstanding on your part. Isolation testing is the process to discover how many and the pin point location of leaks under a slab floor proceeding a correctly preformed hydrostatic test or "pressure test". We price this work on a Time, Material, and Equipment basis so we often give a hypothetical estimate for budgetary reasons to our customers who are preparing to find and repair problems with their drainage system. often depending on the size of the house and the number and layout of fixtures this work is in the ball park of 2500 to 3500 for a PVC system and 4000 to 6000 for the older cast iron systems. This test only locates the problem, and upon completion an exact BID for repairs is possible. you state that "they used to be reputable but have drastically changed". I argue this is not likely as this is not a typical company where management changes or new employees affect the quality of the business. No, this is a self employed man and his family; and it has been since day 1. My father has operated in this city as a plumber for thirty years, and has not once been in trouble by the city or state. And I must ask, if there were any truth to the criminal accusations you have written here "@The Baby Nerd", why are we not facing legal action for this? I promise you if a company treated its customers the way you claim to have been treated by us, their would be no question of legal suit.
