King Rooter & Plumbing is the best. We had a leak somewhere in the kitchen we couldn't locate and scheduled their services.  First, they called to see if they could arrive early. Mark was extremely professional. He explained everything as he went and took the time to show me exactly what he found. He provided advice and I felt I could really trust him and this business. He fixed the leak and upgraded a couple of items I requested while he was here. Would definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone else!

Matthew was the best handyman we've ever had. He installed a new toilet and explained things to us as he worked. He even waited for us to go buy a new toilet when we discovered our original was cracked in the shipping box. Would highly recommend.

Great and speedy service. Replaced my sewer ejector pump. Diagnosed the problem and had the new pump installed the next day. He was very tidy and knowledgeable as well.  I will use them again!!

Warning: This company will severely overcharge you for services rendered and attempt to sell you services you are not in need of. We used this company to unclog our sewer line to the tune of $570. They charged us an exorbitant amount for this service and then told us that our pipes were so damaged we needed $18,000 worth of repairs. We then contacted another company for a second opinion and were shocked to find that a) they only charged $165 to unclog a line and b) there was absolutely no need to repair our sewer lines. Too bad the ratings don't allow for zero stars because this company doesn't deserve the one star review.

We are sorry that you weren’t happy with price. We pride ourselves on always provide up front pricing, with 3 options before we ever start a job. You did have the option to pick an option that was lower priced. However you and your husband picked the Best option which was the higher priced option. Once our technician was done and pulled out roots along with trash, we do provide a findings recommendation to help prevent further problems in the future. As you could see upon that estimate we also provided once again 3 options for a permanent solution to stop the back ups again. We pride ourselves in given the best experience to our customers with the Best, Better and good options, so that our customers can work with their budget. The Estimate we provided were just recommendations for the future if you decided to correct the issue before your drain lines became none repairable. We apologize if you were not happy with the 3 additional options and recommendations we provided for a future fix. In our profession we know the good sewer lines don’t usually back up, it’s ultimately an issue in your line that is creating back ups.

Bottom line up front - The techs who did the work on my ancient main line were thorough, efficient, detail oriented, clearly explained every step of the Nu Flow liner process and clearly understood what they were doing.  Who were they? Derek, Tony and Robert; a pleasure to work with and I hope to see the same team back in the future.  In the future you ask?  Al, who was the estimator, is a very detailed person, low key and easy to talk to.  We all surveyed the completed installation which solved my immediate problems, and looked at the areas that need to be addressed in the future, the under-street service... like I said,  ancient main line.  Thanks guys, I hope to see you all again to fix the next part.

Called about an error code on our house’s tankless water heater and they were able to respond later that same morning. Derek and Mark did a great job and gave me a lot of great information while explaining the steps to diagnosis the problem and reset the system to resolve the error.  Will use this place again.
