  Many 5 star reviews for this business, so they must do great work. However, my experience was poor. Everything was great until I actually needed to use the service. I received the work order on Monday and asked if I needed to sign this and send it back and there was no response. I spoke with them on Monday after receiving the work order and was never told they needed the work order signed and returned. Spoke on the phone and asked to be placed on the schedule. I texted that night and asked to be placed on the schedule. I inquired on Tuesday about receiving an itemized version of the work order so I could see if there was potential for some cost cutting, things we could do ourselves. The company responded to my email by telling me that they'd accepted another customer and that wold be the last customer of the year and they could get to me in the spring or I could find someone new. I called and voiced my displeasure. I was told that I needed to have signed and returned the work order, even though I specifically asked and was never told that was required. I told them 16 hours ago I had asked to be put on the schedule and they apologized and said they must have missed that, but it's too late now. This company probably does a great job with the installation, but their customer service sucks. Brad was a nice guy, but his handling of this was unfortunate. To ignore me and then tell me they never heard from and moved on was ridiculous. I spoke to the man on the phone and then they proceeded to say I never asked to be put on the schedule, never returned the work order signed, so they moved on. Absolute garbage customer service. I ended up using a different company that was phenomenal and I would recommend every time over these guys.

  Mr. Loney Apolgies for any confusion or misunderstanding. We strive to provide an honest service at an honest price, and we have a reputation for doing so, but we are also admittedly a business. The work order is essentially a contract, and yes, that needs to be signed and returned in order for us to accept a job. That is a protection for both you as well as the business. Being that it is in fact winter, this is a slow time for us, and we are operating with limited staff. We are also operating within the limitation of the weather, as well as restrictions within the county. We are only able to install septic systems to a specified date each year/season. You asked to be placed on the schedule, and as you admitted in your review, you later requested an itemization of services. Again, we offer fair pricing, and have a reputation for doing so, but were unable to meet each of your additional requests including your request to pay us a portion of what was owed until spring of 2022. Please imagine if we were to accept only partial payment for each of our jobs, we would not be able to operate as a business. We are not able to make special considerations for clients, even if we do know you personally. Again, this is a business, and we are only able to accept 100% compensation for the services we provide. I'm sorry that we were not able to reach an agreement, but are happy you were able to find a company that was able to work within your constraints. If there is anything else we are able to do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out.

  We needed to replace our septic system for our home, we chose Kincaid septic services to do the work. They exceeded our expectations! They were always friendly , and willing to answer any questions about the job. They have great attention to detail and making sure the job is completed in a timely manner . I would highly recommend them.

  Brad and Kyle came out and did a great job on emptying out my tank. Very friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend!
