  Pat picked up the phone the first time I called and was just finishing another job, so he was available on short notice. He came over right away and got right to work. He didn't mind me helping here and there and he gave great advice on how to properly care for the drain pipes as he worked. His knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. I can't say enough about how impressed I am.

  This company is truly worth the 5 STARS TOP RATING!! Their Drain Specialist are experienced and really know their profession. Very reasonablly priced!! Fast service, On time, Truly Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Helpful. I couldn't fix my plumbing problem on my own and am very grateful that I found Kim's Drain Cleaning to fix the problem!!   I have used Kim's Drain Cleaning twice, and could not be happier. Pat was so responsive--I had to switch my appointment a few times on him, and his response was always the same: "whatever is convenient for you". The first time he came out, my drain was clear for two years--which has never happened before in my house. My drains usually get clogged every 6 months. He is so clean, polite and knowledgeable. And his pricing is very reasonable.
