  I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Killeen. They were very responsive and set up the appointment timely (it wasn’t an emergency). Tom came and checked out the situation… I had bathroom tile done and needed to reseat the toilet. The assessment was quick and he replaced a few parts that were in poor condition. I was able to watch and he taught me some basic concepts so I would better understand how things work. I appreciate his friendliness and skill. I will absolutely use Killeen again for plumbing work.

  I don't write many reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for Killeen Plumbing. The gas company shut off our gas due to a leak and Killeen, unlike other plumbers, was able to come out to our house immediately. They fixed the problem quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. I can't recommend them highly enough!

  After having several issues with our basement, we were able to have Killeen come out and snake/scope our lines. There were places where the pvc pipes going out to the drain were either completely packed with mud, or massive fibrous roots blocking them. Cory, with his crew, came out, tore out our deck (which we were replacing anyways), trenched, dug, and replaced the old with new. There was a section of old pipe that was about 20 feet long that would also need attention soon. He suggested we have that replaced before putting in a new deck, which we agreed. It was 90+ degrees both days, but the crew worked fast, hard and did it right. The guys were super nice, and we would definitely have Killeen back out. The only true drawback was the scheduling. But they still get 5 stars!
