  They came May 13th to remove a brominator and fix a shower that had a bad cartridge. After six (that's right, six) calls to Judy, the part was never ordered, because they said they couldn't locate it. Today Sept. 08th, after growing tired of looking at the dismantled shower, I called another plumber. They looked at the cartridge pulled it up on Amazon and ordered the part. Doesn't seem that difficult to locate to me. I will not be using them again.

  I love being able to talk to a real person to make my appointment. The technicians were on time and quickly fixed my plumbing problem. They were very professional. I will definitely call them again.
