  I just have to share this horrible experience to help someone in the future. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The man and his brother came out and were SO disrespectful to my grandmother. She tried explaining what had happened and they just would not listen to her. They charge per hour and spent the first 20 minutes flushing the toilets. They honestly had NO idea what they were doing. She asked them to explain why they continued flushing the toilets and they couldn't give her an answer. The man interrupted her, was rude, spoke over her very loudly. She hadn't messed with any water in the 2 days prior because she was battling an illness. When she explained that to him, he very rudely said "I should've never come here if I would've known you were sick!" He wouldn't come in the house if the dogs were loose. They had to be contained away from him or outside in the fenced yard. She respected his fear, even though she only has small dogs. While he was outside, she let them in blocking them off still. There was still snow and ice covering the porch and yard. When he realized she let them in, he again spoke down and rude to her saying "I will not work on your problem anymore if you don't keep your dogs out!" You can see the charges he came up in the picture. $12 for 4 DISPOSABLE gloves.. really?! I can buy a whole box or more for that price! $8 for DISPOSABLE COVERALLS... get real! I saw them on him and they were everyday cotton, washable coveralls. A good plumber wouldn't charge a nonsense fee like this! The materials are understandable for charging. But his labor fee was unreal! He first said he would bill her landlord for over $400 and she said no that she was paying him and told him that she had kept an eye on time and he was only there 2hrs. He spent almost 10 Minutes in his truck trying to come up with this ticket and still charged her for 2.5hrs! By this point, she was completely nerve wrecked and let the extra 30min slide, but she thankfully was able to avoid the extreme overcharge that would've went to the landlord. Seriously. Save your time, energy and money and find another plumber before you use these hillbillies.
