  Sam is a very knowledgeable no nonsense guy. A straight shooter. Pricing was fair and straight forward. He was very helpful in determining a septic size on a new construction. He always called or emailed me back in a timely manner and he kept his scheduled appointment. He comes highly recommended by me!

  Sam Nadler owner/operator is an excellent plumber and solid business man. His customer service and ability to diagnose and fix a problem is superior. I am a medical doctor and home owner, my wife has extremely high standards for our properties. She will always call Sam FIRST when we have any issues w/ pipes/ plumbing. We have utilized his services since we first moved to Melrose 10 years ago. Highly recommend Keystone Plumbing!

  I've called the company out to my place twice for two separate issues I've had. Sam found a leak I was having in less than 5 minutes and fixed it in less than 10. They're responsive and are usually able to come out same day if you are having issues. I've owned my house for a little under 2 years and this is my go-to plumbing company every time. You can text and even send pictures to the phone number that's here on Google and he will call you right back.
