  When I was first moving into my home in July of 2020, the pressure sensor in my well wasn't working and Key's came out right away and had it fixed in no time. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and nice. On Mother's Day of 2021, I again needed their help as my well completely quit working. I run a non profit horse rescue and desperately needed to make sure our horses continued to have water. Once again, Key's was punctual, knowledgeable, fair, and had my well up and running before the week was out. Not only that, but Gary Key worried more about getting the horses water than upfront fees and he has allowed us the time to raise funds to cover the bill. I recommend this company for their honest work, fair prices, knowledgeable staff, and caring nature.

  I called as the control box may need replacing. I have friends staying there and I wanted to get water going asap. I could have changed the control box myself but had to take care of a matter right away. I asked them to bring box with them. They had put the well in and had the records. They brought the wrong box , the well did not turn on so they concluded that the pump was bad. A whole day passed , no water. Then they figured out it was the wrong control box. Did they check they reset buttons on the old box? Don't know. But I checked the old box and all the components were working. I could have purchased this box for$251.00 on line. They charged me $475.00 for the same box. They also wanted to charge me for 2 trips. They had to make 2 trips to get the right box they should have brought to start.They did agree with me about the $190. Charge for 2 trips and ended up $100. For the service charge. They have good equipment for drilling. But my suggestion is buy your equipment on line. Find someone else to do repairs or do it yourself. I made a big mistake calling them. Won't do that again. I don't know if anyone really has gone to the trouble of rating them but to have 5 across the board does no seem likely.
