Dave and Floyd came quickly and identified my pump switch as the problem. Repaired in 20 minutes. Real nice guys.

Had plumbing problems, scheduled appointment for the next afternoon but had cancellation and were able to come in morning. We were told by another company that all lines needed to be replaced, they figured out the problem, replaced leaking outdoor faucet and were done in the same day. Two days later while working found a different problem and were able to show up same day earlier then we had scheduled. Dave and Jason were great guys that did our work.

They responded fast on coming out to my house to look at my furnace. They had to order the part but had it done the next day and done a great job replacing the part that needed fixed I recommend them. Thank you!

We have called Kennedy's on two separate occasions over the past couple of years for two different issues with our furnace.  Each time it was a Saturday morning when we discovered the issues and called and--much to my pleasant surprise--they not only returned my call within ten minutes but they were at my home, had the repair completed, and had left within two hours of me even picking up the phone to make the initial call.  I was shocked that it was all taken care of so quickly and efficiently and I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism.  I felt that their charge for an "after-hours" repair was well within reason and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needed heating or air service!  #shoplocalbusinesses  :)

Not pleased with their services. They installed a something backwards in my air-conditioner. So then I had to make another appointment for them to come out and fix the mistake that they made. Even after their services were completed the air-conditioner was never cold and just blows warm air. I would not recommend them.

I called 2 weeks ago asking to schedule an air conditioner maintenance and she told me she couldn’t tell me how much it would cost but she would leave a note on her boss’s desk and he would call me back immediately. 4 days later I called again saying I hadn’t heard anything and she said her boss was in his office and my note was on his desk and he would call back immediately. A week later I called again and she said she would leave another note on his desk. It felt as if I was the one trying to make a sale for their company at this point so I said screw it and called “Air Pros H&C in Marion” and they came out immediately the next day and got the job done for HALF THE PRICE of what Kennedy’s FINALLY ended up calling back and quoting 2 weeks after my initial call. If you need work done, call SUMMER’S PLUMBING, HEATING AND COOLING, or AIR PRO’S H&C INSTEAD, because Kennedy’s is nothing but a waste of time and would have charged me twice as much if I went with them.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I just bought a part to install myself but I appreciate the kindness that they showed.

Good people little high but great customer service got the parts you need in stocks worth the little extra

Great staff, reasonable price, didn't feel like they were trying to charge for anything we didn't need

AMAZING! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service I received when my Mini Splits needed servicing.
