  Jim Kennedy answered my call and got to my house quickly to assess my leaky situation. He came back the next morning with help to install the new water heater. He was professional, respectful, courteous, and cleaned up when the job was finished.

  I contacted Kennedy plumbing to repair a broken outside pipe and when he arrived he had no interest in repairing the pipe and told me that once I dug down to the pipe that it should be easy enough to fix on my own. We also found that I had no check valve on my sump pump and I had him go ahead and install one to the tune of $150 for a $20 part. Crowell plumbing got me fixed up and will receive my business for any future repairs.
