  New customer here. I called yesterday afternoon because I was concerned that our septic was getting too full. The lady who took my call was very courteous and informed me of the fees involved. She scheduled for this morning between 10am and noon. Truck pulled in at 10:30am and the service man was informative and did a great job !! I highly recommend.

  I called Ken-Way on a Saturday morning for a sewer clog at my business. They re-prioritized their jobs to get to my business within a couple of hours. The issue ended up being quite large and took most of the day to resolve. They went above and beyond to get the job done right and done that day. They were extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Ken-Way!

  We rely on Ken-Way Services at our Birchwood home (conventional septic) and for service at our two vacation rental homes (both have holding tanks). I can't say enough good things about this company. Prompt, courteous, reliable, helpful - they've shared many tips on things we can do ourselves to prevent problems. Highly recommend and wouldn't think of using any other company!
