  I’ve been going back and forth with another plumbing company that did a horrible job installing my brand new water heater that I spent $3,000 on. I finally got sick of it and called Lowe’s, from whom I bought the water heater, and told them I wanted a new water heater and a new plumber since the one I had was so jacked up. Mr Ken Johnson called me as soon as I hung up the phone with Lowe’s and scheduled an appointment with me. Him and his helper Mike came out a few days later with a brand new water heater and did an absolutely incredible job during the install. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and performed exceptional work. From now on if there’s any plumbing work I need done they will be the first ones I call. Thanks Ken and Mike. Keep up the good work.

  Ken's team are great pros and knowledgeable. They're on time, informative, and keep you involved during the process. They also provide work around solutions to plumbing issues. I also found them to be quite honest and non aggressive. They will solve your plumbing requirements!
