  The customer service was very reassuring of their availability, and their experience in working with homes like mine. The plumber, Lance, showed up on time, and was fast and tireless in his work. My faucet was difficult to remove, but he didn't give up as quickly as other plumbers I called, and he managed it. Eventually he had to cut a hole in the wall, but again, he did it fast, and when I asked, he installed an access panel afterwards to cover it up. All for a very fair price, better than other companies.

  First Class service every time! We have been using Ken Griffin Plumbing for several years for various plumbing services. They have serviced us from a standard plumbing installation, to small plumbing issues, to water leaking emergencies. They have been reliable and communicative in getting us scheduled promptly and taken care of. Every plumber they have sent out has been super knowledgeable and done a thorough job. In addition, the plumbers have always took the time to explain to us the problem, the solution to fix it, and answer questions we have. We have always relied on Ken Griffin plumbing and I recommend them to all my friends and family!

  I have attempted to use Ken Griffin Plumbing a couple times and both times I received very poor service, no follow up calls, and my plumbing issues were not resolved. Twice they've made a visit to my home - for two separate issues - and both times I had to find another plumbing company to solve my problem. I recommend avoiding Ken Griffin plumbing.
