  These guys installed a bathroom fixture, that I purchased, and when a part within the faucet itself failed, they came back out and identified the problem and Moen is covering parts under their lifetime warranty. I was very impressed with their professionalism (both times) and love that fact they are a family owned business. Will be in my contacts for plumbing permanently!

  The first time we used Dixon Plumbing, it was a great experience. Replaced our water heater with care, expertise, and courtesy. Three months later, we has an issues with both Moen Vertical Spa showers. Dixon sent out Tommy, and his helper William who looked it over. Tommy advised getting 3 new replacement cartridges from Moen, and would probably have them sent here, since the parts being Moen are guaranteed for life. He asked for the model number, and told him it's 275bn. He never wrote anything down, and asked William if he could remember that?! Exactly one week later, I called to find out the status, and Erica said again she did not know, but would have the person who orders call me right back. Nothing. Called again on Monday, 11/12/2018, spoke to Erica, with the same response. As of the writing of this review, no call back from anyone! Disappointing, a complete service failure!

  Great experience with this company. First time we've used them, although came highly recommended by neighbors who have used them for years. Wasn't disappointed at all. Very professional, courteous, and informative. Will use them again in the future!
