  Started out fine but not much attention to detail and never finished the job. Started out with a laundry relocation. The helper installed the plumbing on the OUTSIDE of an interior wall because he didn't want to cut the wall. After I had them correct that, they did a replumb of my supply lines. They got the hot and cold backwards coming out of the floor to the sink faucet and told me it was "too late to correct it", they broke a copper pipe in the wall and I had to pay additional for them to fix it and was forced to get new faucet and knobs at my expense due to this also. Then they forgot to do one of the outside faucets and I had to hound him for 2 weeks to get them to finish. One of the laundry valves was defective. He said they'd "never seen that before", he'd have to get parts and he'd be back in a couple of hours. A week later he had not returned. I contacted him and he said "will be done today". That was 2 weeks ago. After all that I found out that he did all this work WITHOUT PULLING A PERMIT! Save yourself aggravation and hire someone else. And to the people that wanted to know if they plumbed the way they drive - yes, they do.

  Great company! On time, flexible when I needed to reschedule. Even more amazing, my water heater problem ended up not being a problem at all, just needed a quick look, and they wouldn’t even charge me! Charlie and his employee were professional and kind. It was a great welcome to my new town!
