  Outstanding customer service. Very professional. Mr Kellum is a great guy. Was very honest with me. When he opened my septic tank he informed me that my biggest issue was a clog and I could get by without a pump. He could have not said anything and pumped and I would not have known the difference but he was honest with me. I had him go ahead and pump anyway. Need more honest people in business like Mr Kellum.

  Chris Kellum was very professional and helpful. Came out when they said they would. Didn't try to sell me anything. Completed the service I had asked for. Did it quickly, correctly and professionally. Pointed out a couple problem areas that I confirmed. Gave me a couple of suggestions on what to watch for if the problem ever gave me an issue. (noticed a crack) Charged a fair price for the work they did. I will definitely use their services again. I highly recommend this company.

  I had an emergency! My septic tank was completely full and was gurgling in my house. The owner himself came out (same-day service) and he was very professional!! He came Quickly and didn't charge through the roof for an emergency!!. He was very nice, informative, easy to get along with and in my budget. I will be using them in the future!! I would highly recommend this business to everyone!!
