Keller Enterprises came to our house next day in the middle of winter when we first moved into our home. They were the only oil company that would come out to our house next day. They knew we had a baby and our house would run out of oil if they did not come. They have been an excellent company and we have been with them now for 4.5 years. If you’re looking for an oil company who cares about their customers it’s this one! Don’t look anywhere else.

Sure they showed on time for our service but that was the only good experience. They were not very knowledgeable about our system and when they were done with the service the system wouldn't shut down so they called me and asked what they should do about it. They are supposed to be the pros. Overall my bill was 3 times the quoted price, no invoice or notice on extra cost. They also left my home a mess, oil stains on the floor and water all over damaging furniture in our basement.

Had an emergency service request. Called at 5 a.m. and the service tech was on site by 6:20. And even though it was a simple fix he had the furnace running within 15 minutes and was very professional.

For the past few years, I've been getting my wood pellets at Moyer Lumber, but I figured I would try somewhere closer since I live outside Northampton. I called early in the morning, got prices, and headed down about 2 hours later to buy some pellets. So I get to Main Street and parking is tight, and I go in and they've a very nice showroom and I thought they were friendly, but when I went to pay they had to call the yard to find out if there's anyone there give me the pellets. Unfortunately, no one was in the yard and I have to wait maybe 30 minutes. Really frustrated with this because if I had known I would have called first to find out if there's anyone available, which I didn't even know before I went that there's only one person in the yard! I was just very frustrated because I drove out there and didn't get any pellets. How do they facilitate new business if there's no one there to help with the new business? I think I'll just stick to Moyer Lumber.

Unlike some other comments, I had a good experience! I called the office few times to schedule a service and coal delivery, they were so helpful and responsive!! the maintenance and start up service technician was great and so knowledgeable!!!

Worst service you ever looking for in the world. Came there yesterday at 3:55 pm looking to buy ton of pellets they said hold on so I wait they call someone and no one answers. They tell me if you like u can pay for it. And tomorrow u get it.  MY reply  I can come tomorrow. So I  came again and someone new help me asked me what I wanted told her ton  of pellets and the phone rings  she having  a great conversation while I wait to get assistance when she finish she calls the yard and say can u wait one hour or u want to do lunch.  I’m  not there for someone ask me if I wanted to do lunch or someone doesn’t want my business go somewhere else

We got a good price on wood pellets.  Delivery went very smooth.  Great service.
