  We called because we had a faucet leak and then our shut off valves were all broken including the main one to the whole house so they came out and gave us an estimate and said they could come out the next day to do all of the work. They showed up on time, did all of the work, were amazingly professional and kind to my 92 year old Grandpa and they did all the work in one day. It was a big job and they left the place cleaner then when they got there. They even gave him a 10% discount even though it took longer than they thought. They even insulated the outside shut off valve for him. I highly recommend them for any plumbing need and I think they will fix your problem with quality work and professionalism. Thank you Keith’s Plumbing!!

  Frank has come out to our house many times when we've needed him. He has been sincere, honest, funny, and we have come to trust him. My house is old and needs lots of work, but he has never tried to push me to do more than what was immediately necessary. We feel his prices are fair. I did not put punctual, but only because a small business plumber can not always be punctual. He has a job at one house and tries to finish to get to the next, but that doesn't always happen. What I have appreciated is that he has always done a thorough job as quickly as possible. Calling the company is always pleasant. I've only talked to Stephanie on the phone, but they are good people.

  Misdiagnosed 2 things. Paid $150 for an $11 part (angle stop)when it was the tank that had a hairline crack. Also misdiagnosed the tub, changed out the drain and it wasn't that either. Another $150. So spent $300.00 for nothing. Had to get a knowledgeable plumber to fix it right.
