  It started off as a good meeting with the tech he was a really nice guy was told I needed a new control board so he had to order one well when it came in he returned to install it in my furnace I had a new air filter I wanted installed which the tech said he would do. Well a few days goes buy and I have to go under my house to check something and what do I notice? The technician that installed the new control board didn’t install my air filter he left it just laying on the ground he left the old parts that were taken off on top of my furnace and he didn’t even put the cover back on the furnace it was just thrown on the ground. Needless to say I will never use them again not after being charged $600 dollars for that kind of work he did. It was very unprofessional.

  Excellent service! Trustworthy and no nonsense. Marcia in the front office was a delight to speak with! She was able to have a service call setup for my HVAC within 24 hrs (during a heatwave!). Chad the technician was friendly and informative with great "non-salesy" approach to solving the problem. Very refreshing! On top of quickly identifying the issue with my system and repairing it, he gave me great advice for improving the efficiency of my HVAC as well. Coming from a service background, I can say the Keith's team knows how to take care of their customers. Thanks Keith's!
