  Great experience all around. Quick responses to emails and appointment requests, narrow arrival time window, and 20 minute courtesy call/text letting you know they're on their way. Above all, the quality of their plumbing work is top-notch. Some of the corporate franchise-plumbing services spend the first spend 30 minutes of the visit trying to sell you on their monthly service plan before doing any real work. Not the case with Keith Nelson....they listen while you explain the issue, and then get right to work. Prices were great too. 10/10!

  So thankful I finally called Nelson Plumping and had them repair an annoying faucet drip!! After months of trying to fix it myself, by simply shutting the shower curtain, I had enough. Nicest guy, knowledgeable, on time, explained everything, competitive rate, so satisfied and hopeful that I have a plumber for life!!!
