  Keith MacDonald plumbing was responsive to our needs. They worked to unclog a main drain line, and then responded quickly to a request to replace all main lines under our house. They completed ALL of this work in less than 7 days, were efficient. Madison in the office was very helpful and friendly. The financing app was quick and easy to do. Awesome company and so thankful for their service.

  They schedule their visit around my schedule. They showed up on time, exactly as scheduled. I have used this company before and would always call them first. They do good work at a reasonable price and are on time.

  Used several years ago and response and service was excellent but today, called about 8:30 requesting an appointment for them to check my water heater, lady said she would check and call me back within the hour once she checked with someone about the schedule. Waited until almost noon, and called her back since I had no return phone call. Then she said someone would be here today around 2 PM. No one has showed, no calls to explain, so I will take my business to someone who is reliable first thing tomorrow. Not sure what their problem is, but appears to be the way they work now. I had highly recommended to a friend several months ago and they had the same issues and finally gave up and called someone else too.
