  First time using this company. Had previously had a guy from HEP out of Ooltewah come to look at our leaking faucets a few months ago. The gentleman who came out was polite but did not know what he was doing. He arrived with minimal equipment and took our faucets apart very messily..he then started suggesting crazy options like knocking out our drywall and quoting us repair/replacement prices between $500-$1500. We said that we were going to get a second opinion and payed the fee for him to come out. He seemed annoyed and He put our faucets back on all wonky. The tub faucet would turn on/off in two different places and the leak remained.The whole experience was just very dissatisfying. Fast forward to now- Tim came out. He was very nice and professional!!! He listened to concerns and examined our tub faucet, and the vanity faucet & toilet in the master bath. All three were leaking. Come to find out that the previous guy left out some pieces of the tub faucet (which is why it was probably leaking so bad). Tim came prepared with parts/tools to fix our leaks and was upfront; & worked efficiently! We feel like he never once tried to scam us out of paying for something unnecessary/or overcharge us. The quoted price for his services was VERY fair! We are very happy this mess is finally behind us! Will be using Keith Hodge Plumbing again if ever needed!

  They were the first people I called and they were the ones I decided to go with. Straight forward and helpful. Decent pricing and I decided to add on a faucet change out and they didn’t charge me! I needed a whole toilet swapped out due to my kids flushing a toothbrush down it! Thank you guys! They were great!

  I am very thankful for the guys there have been at studio 6 working! I had a flat tire and they had a compressor and used it to fill my tire up, after they were finished helping at the job! Thank you so much gentlemen
