Kehle Plumbing installed a new free standing tub for us. They did an excellent job. They charged us $939. Another local plumber emailed an estimate of between $3600-$4500...and after looking at what we wanted, that company would not take the installation job. We had a very difficult time finding a plumber to do this work. Kehle was the only company we could find. And we are more than pleased with the price and professionalism. We recommend Kehle Plumbing without any reservation.

Kehle plumbing came to the house right at 8am as scheduled. The plumber, Daniel, was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Completed three items (fixed a toilet, repaired a frozen line in the laundry room, and added an outside hose bib and block) in a little over an hour with a price I found very reasonable. I will use this company for any plumbing needs in the future and will request Daniel.

If zero stars were an option, that is what they would get. I called their office to get a part for a leaking cap on the side of my house. A secretary called and left a message with the part price so I went over there the next day. The lady that I spoke to was not there, and the person at the desk had no clue what I was talking about. I emailed a picture of the part, so I asked her to look at the email. She advised that they just moved and it must be over at the other location and would call me when "they found it". At the same time, I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to plumb a bathroom. The day of the appointment, the technician never showed up or called. I called the next day and received an apology and another appointment. The technician told my husband that he would get back to the office and get with the owner and get back to us. I called after a few days for an update on when we would receive the estimate, as well as inquiring again, about the cap I needed. I was told that they did not have the part, couldn't get the part and to call the water department, and the estimate would take a week or so. I called 10 days later and was told that The estimate was on the owners desk and she would move it to the top of the pile. That was over a month ago. I still have not received the estimate or any phone call regarding the service that I needed.
