  I called Keaton Plumbing on Monday and had an appointment for Thursday (it was non-emergency). I was given a window between 1 and 4 PM and they showed up at 1:03. Extremely professional, uniformed, polite, courteous. Mr Keaton had an apprentice with him, Patrick, and they both were fantastic. He not only did the repairs, but showed me some ways to prevent problems in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  I called late on a Tuesday evening and received a call back first thing Wednesday morning "the day before thanksgiving" about a clogged kitchen sink drain. Jon and Patrick came out the same day before the scheduled time and got the job done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for better service.

  Steve Keaton moved a below grade washing machine drain line from one side of my laundry room to the other. His bid was outstanding. Not necessarily the lowest, but I liked the way he talked to me about the work needed and did not try to up sale me on other things....like several others did. Him and his crew were on time and started right away. The work was hard because it was all below the concrete slab. Their workmanship and work ethic was OUTSTANDING and passed the county inspection first-time. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber!
