  We called to have our well repaired 3 weeks ago. The well is now leaking alot more than when he showed up to evaluate. I have now called 2 times this week, 48 hours ago and 24 hours ago exclaiming that the issue is much worse and still have yet to receive a call back. I now have to shut the breaker off to the well to keep my property from flooding. I have left messages ASKING for a call back on when we can expect them for repairs with no call back. Its disappointing that they could care less. Glad I haven't paid for anything yet. Looking for a more responsive contractor. Is it really that much trouble to call back and say hey, we are busy and will get back to you as soon as we can? This is joe Krebs from spencerville. You're fired for being an unresponsive contractor. Thanks

  Totally amazing people at Kaufman. They got the job done in a timely fashion and a very fair price. They are the only ones we will use for well drilling and service in the future. Great job guys!!!

  Mike and his crew responded in a timely manner and were able to do much of the work by Boeing to minimize yard damage from excavating. I would do business with Kauffman again.
