  Look no further if you need any drain work done. John is incredibly diligent, timely, and professional. His communication and customer service care are top notch. We had an issue in our master bathroom and John came out same day to diagnose and fix the issue. We had the misfortune of our youngest flushing things, such as a chip clip and sunglasses down the toilet and John came in and cleared it up with ease and got everything working back to normal quickly. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

  We had simultaneous problems in a downstairs bathroom. We called Karstetter Drain and John was able to come out same day to diagnose our problem. John was very friendly and professional and took care of our issues. As his invoice said, we're "good to go". Very fair and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

  Early this morning I realized I had a major issue with my basement ejector pump. I messaged John and he called me back right away then came over within 40 minutes. He figured out the issue was something with the pump. By the early afternoon I already had a new pump. John was wonderful! I highly recommend Karstetter drain service.
