  I called this business one night when I had a problem, about 11:45 pm, as it had stated in their profile they were open 24 hours per day for service. When I called, the man, Mr. Karate, answered the phone. I asked if he could come help me with a water pump problem I had. He told me 'No', and said for me to call him back the following morning at 8 am. So the following morning, I did just that, around 8:30. A nice lady answered this time, as I believe it was his wife. She told me they had not listed their business as being opened 24 hours a day and did not know how it got posted on the website. She also informed me, he works on the Army base about 30 miles from Jesup 5 days a week Monday through Friday, and was not even available to do plumbing jobs until he came home from work, and even then if she did not have a doctor appointment she had to go to, as he would need to take her most of the time. I then understood why he was a little upset when he answered the phone that night and got a little upset, then told me to call back later the next morning. So even though I did not use him, I could not give him a bad rating, and is the reason I am giving he and his wife 5 Stars. She sounded like a really nice lady, and I am sure he is a great plumber as well.
