Jake was extremely professional and personable. Was very reassuring. No hard sell at all. Very honest and explained things well. The fees are a bit more with Kappler than other services I have used, but absolutely worth it to not be hit up with all kinds of ‘extras’ that other companies want you to buy. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using their services in the future!

We had a mini split heat pump installed, since we had a number of rooms that had poor heat. As part of this we upgraded the main power board to support faster car charging and improved lighting in s few rooms since we it seems we are working from home for a bit longer... Until this, I thought that you had to expect someone trying to sell you special deal if you sign today and a bunch of random subs though. In our experience, everyone who worked on the project, about 10 people in total were great. Every other contractor we have dealt with we came away a little disappointed, not Kappler. A good job done at a reasonable price.

Complete professional install team. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Install was nicely done with minimal changes to my home. Furnace, AC, mini-splits and water heater are all performing extremely well. I even got great advice on future renovations to my house.
